Service Commitments

 

After-sale Service Commitments

1. Service purpose: all are for user satisfaction.

2. Receive the visit from user warmly, reply user’s telephone, letter, fax and other consultations within 12 hours clearly. If our staffs are needed to offer service on the site of user, they should arrive within 24 hours.

3. According to user’s requirement, train user on related knowledge such as laying, using, maintenance for free, and arrive at the spot to guide user to construct correctly.

4. The damage, quality problem, shortage of products before inspection and delivery will be all our responsibilities.

5. The quality problems existing or happening during quality guarantee period, which are confirmed by both parties to be our responsibilities, should be given defect treatment properly or changed in the charge of us for free, and the related goods should be returned, we promise to serve well within 7 days as a general rule, serve well within 3 days in emergency circumstances, and the reasonable expenses should be all our responsibilities.

6. As for those quality problems caused by user upon the confirmation of both parties, we should also assist to settle actively, and make efforts to satisfy user’s requirement.

7. If there is any change in specification, model and quantity of products because of user’s design modification, we will react actively, worry about user’s difficulties, and make efforts to satisfy user demand. If the products ordered by user exceed actual demand or the originally ordered products can’t be used any longer because of design modification, we will actively cooperate with user to do the subsequent handling works well, and alleviate user burden.

8. If user needs technical guidance during installation and using process, we will send professional technicians to offer service for free timely and satisfy user’s requirement.

9. Our factory establishes user profiles, visits user at fixed period, carries out written and telephone connection with user, consults user’s opinion and suggestion, and carries out statistics and analysis on the suggestions and quality problems raised by user, improves the management of our factory constantly, further improves product quality and marketing service quality, pursues perfection, satisfies user demand.

Product Service Commitments

I. Pre-sale service:

(1)   According to users’ demand, help users to select the most proper product, correct specification and model.

(2)   Receive the visit from users warmly, handle the telephone, letter, fax and other consultation of user quickly.

(3)   Help users to train cable knowledge and professional technological staff of cable in the head office of company for free.

II. On-purchase service:

(1) Produce goods according to technical requirements in contract and related national standard organization strictly, guarantee both quality and quantity, make delivery at the appointed place timely.

(2) According to user’s demand, train user related knowledge such as cable laying, using, and maintenance for free, and arrive at the spot to guide user to construct correctly.

(3) If the goods are required to deliver ahead of schedule because the user select wrong model or the ordered quantity is not enough or in other special circumstances, our company will worry about user’s difficulties, handle the special circumstances in a special way, arrange production with priority, and do our best to satisfy user’s demand.

III. After-sale service

(1) Our company implements the system of after-sales service arriving within 24 hours, namely, when receiving the notice of users’ service demand, our marketing service staffs will hurry to the spot of user within 24 hours to offer service.
